All browsing and device data collected or provided by the User or third parties to BIGhub , as well as any log data stored, deleted, processed, reproduced, transferred and used by the Group, will be used to improve the services and Platform provided by us, as well as to identify any failures or improvements to these systems. - What is the minimum age to access the platform and services provided by BIGhub?
Our services and our Platform are intended for access and use only by individuals with full legal capacity to perform acts of civil life, that is, people over 18 (eighteen) years of age. By accessing or using the services and the Platform, you guarantee and declare that you have full legal capacity to perform all acts of civil life, that is, you are of legal age, and therefore have full capacity to understand, accept and comply with this entire Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of BIGhub ‘s products and services .
If you do not have, or believe that you do not have, full legal capacity to perform acts of civil life, you will be prohibited from accessing and using Our Services and the Platform.

BIGhub allows Users to have limited access to certain data (such as: name, address or CNPJ) of Consumers for: (a) purposes related to transactions on the Platform; (b) using the services offered by BIGhub ( such as billing, shipping and transport and complaints about fraud or services) and (c) any other purpose to which the corresponding User expressly consents after the information has been previously communicated.
Personal Data or commercial information processed by Users of the services and the Platform, due to their use and execution, may not be processed beyond the cases provided for in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for each product contracted , with the infringing User being subject to the sanctions provided for in the applicable Terms of Use, in addition to those provided for in administrative, civil and criminal laws.

Transactions carried out by Users through these means are the responsibility of the Users themselves.
BIGhub is not responsible for business information or transactions published or transmitted on the Platforms. Users agree that BIGhub will not be liable for any losses or damages that may arise as a result of negotiations carried out or frustrated between Users and/or consumers. Consequently, the client releases BIGhub from all types of liability in the event of a conflict with one or more Users.
The services provided by BIGhub , as well as its Platform, may contain links to third-party websites, so that their use and execution are carried out in an integrated manner. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that website. Please note that these external websites are not operated by BIGhub . Therefore, BIGhub strongly recommends that you review the privacy policies of these third-party websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, Terms of Use, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services or websites.
- Who we share your personal data with.
We may share Personal Data with third parties and with BIGhub ‘s member agencies when necessary for the provision of our services and the execution of our institutional purposes, as indicated below:
Service providers contracted to act on behalf of BIGhub to provide a service following Our instructions, to help improve or facilitate operations through Our services;
Business partners with whom BIGhub maintains a collaborative or alliance relationship;
BIGhub users to enable our services;

The User agrees to keep the contact email and password provided for access to BIGhub services and Platforms confidential and secure, as well as to ensure the accuracy of the information provided to Us.
The User agrees to immediately notify BIGhub of the loss, theft, or robbery of their access credentials, or even the risk of them being used by third parties. BIGhub is not responsible for the misuse of this data.
- Duration of treatment
According to the BIGhub Terms of Use , the provision of services and the use of the Platforms are for an indefinite period, which is why, as long as the User’s relationship with BIGhub is maintained , their information will continue to be processed.
While your relationship with BIGhub remains in effect , your Personal Data will continue to be used and processed by us. However, even after the termination of your relationship with BIGhub , for any reason, your Personal Data will be retained by us and/or authorized third parties for the period necessary to:
